These are real field recordings from the English countryside, chosen for their quietness and shared under open licences. Suffolk-specific recordings are added to the collection as they become available. Nothing is layered, looped artificially or sweetened with music — you are hearing the morning as it happened.
Every recording is credited to the person who made it and used under the licence shown. Excerpts have been trimmed and levelled for comfortable listening; the original recordings are linked from each credit.
